Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Shehrnaz, we take pride in ensuring that your orders are delivered safely, accurately, and within a clear timeline. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.
Standard Shipping Timelines (Pakistan Orders)
- Casual Wear: 7–10 working days
- Pret Wear: 10–14 working days
- Luxury Pret: 14–21 working days
- Luxury Formals: 14–28 working days
- Wedding Wear: 14–35 working days
- Kids Wear: 7–14 working days
Note: If your order contains items from multiple categories, the shipping timeline will follow the longest category timeline.
Cash on Delivery (COD) — Local Shipping Only
- COD is available within Pakistan only.
- Orders above PKR 20,000 require a 20% advance payment before processing.
- COD availability may vary based on location and order value.
- COD orders cannot be split for partial deliveries.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are not included and must be paid by the recipient.
- Customs clearance may affect delivery timelines.
- During peak seasons (e.g., Eid), shipping may take 1–2 weeks longer.
Special Note for Overseas Customers (USA, UK & Others)
Some international customers place orders for delivery within Pakistan and later request urgent dispatch, citing that their “family member is leaving soon.”
- Our delivery timelines (7–35 working days depending on category) are fixed and non-negotiable.
- Requests for expedited shipping outside the stated timelines cannot be accommodated.
- Cancellations under this pretext after processing has begun will result in forfeiture of any advance payments.
Split Deliveries (Multiple Items in One Order)
- If items have different ready dates, the order will be shipped once all items are ready.
- Example: If one item is available on October 5 and another on October 8, the order will be shipped on October 8.
- We do not split ship orders by default.
- If you require separate shipping, please place separate orders. Each order will carry its own shipping charges.
Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed within 2 working days of purchase.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Orders can also be tracked on our Order Tracking Page.
Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, destination, and method. Full transparency is provided on the cart page before purchase.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to weather, customs, natural events, or courier issues. We appreciate your understanding.
Address Accuracy
Please provide accurate and complete delivery details. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
Lost or Damaged Items
Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Our support team will assist in filing claims with the carrier.
