Exchanging Items:

“We are unable to accept exchanges of merchandise purchased online due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots. The exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen. However, if the size of the item you ordered is not as per your instructions, we are happy to assist with an exchange. To proceed, kindly ensure that you clearly mention the correct size. Please note that for size-related exchanges, customers are kindly requested to bear the cost of returning the item and provide precise instructions regarding the size issue.”

Returns or Exchanges to Origins Stores:

“Please note that we don’t offer refunds for delivered orders. Refunds can only be processed if the customer cancels the order within 24 hours of placing it.”

Order Cancellation:

“Customers have the option to cancel their orders within 24 hours after they have been processed. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Following shipment, our standard return and exchange policy will apply.
